McAvey Ventures(FuelTool), LLC Limited Warranty
McAvey Ventures, LLC warrants the products it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
and agrees to repair or replace, as McAvey Ventures, LLC may elect, free of charge, such equipment which under
normal use and service discloses the defect to be the fault of McAvey Ventures, LLC for a period of one (1) year
from the date of original purchase.
This warranty does not apply to any of our products which have been altered by anyone other than a McAvey
Ventures, LLC authorized representative, and which in our judgment such repair or alteration has caused a
malfunction or altered the reliability of the product.
This warranty will not apply when product failure is caused by conditions beyond the control of McAvey Ventures,
LLC. Some examples are, (1) Damage from misuse or negligence; (2) Damage caused by a vehicle collision; (3)
Damage caused by contaminated fuels or fuel additives. Please note, proper use of this product is critical and
beyond the control of McAvey Ventures, LLC. McAvey Ventures, LLC neither guarantees nor will be liable for any
damages or injuries resulting from its improper use. McAvey Ventures, LLC reserves the right to make changes in
design or to make additions or improvements without being obligated to install the same upon products covered by
this warranty.
The liability of any McAvey Ventures, LLC product is limited to its purchase price. This warranty shall become
effective only in the event the Warranty Registration Card is properly completed by the original purchaser or owner
and returned to McAvey Ventures, LLC, with a copy of the purchase receipt, within 30 days of the date of purchase.
